Southwest Airlines Offers $5 Wi-Fi Internet Access for those of you us who need to stay connected at ALL times.

The Wi-Fi fee is applicable per flight and any flight length, and can be used on any Internet-capable device. Fliers who opt for the service will be able to launch their Internet browser to shop on Ebay, check email, Twitter, or Facebook!

Southwest said it started testing Wi-Fi on four aircrafts in 2009 and today, 32 of its planes are Wi-Fi enabled.  It expects to have 60 Wi-Fi enabled planes by the end of the year and its entire fleet of 737-700s (346 aircraft) outfitted by the end of 2012.

So, the next time you are booking a flight don't worry about missing an important email.  Book Southwest and use that CrackBerry until your thumbs are sore!

Every year you promise yourself that you are going to lose those 15 lbs., eat healthier, and exercise regularly. Maybe this year you can stick to your resolutions if you have your facts straight!  Gym Source has exposed the Top 10 Exercise Myths that we have all fallen for, and kept us from getting the results needed to motivate.

Here are just a few:

Exercise Myth 1. You Will Burn More Fat If You Exercise Longer at a Lower Intensity.

The most important focus in exercise and fat weight control is not the percentage of exercise energy coming from fat but the total energy cost, or how many calories are burned during the activity. The faster you walk, step or run, for example, the more calories you use per minute. However, high-intensity exercise is difficult to sustain if you are just beginning or returning to exercise, so you may not exercise very long at this level. It is safer, and more practical, to start out at a lower intensity and work your way up gradually.

Exercise Myth 2. If You’re Not Going to Work Out Hard and Often, Exercise Is a Waste of Time. This kind of thinking keeps a lot of people from maintaining or even starting an exercise program. Research continues to show that any exercise is better than none. For example, regular walking or gardening for as little as an hour a week has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Exercise Myth 3. Yoga Is a Completely Gentle and Safe Exercise.

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise, but some styles are quite rigorous and demanding both physically and mentally. As with any form of exercise, qualified, careful instruction is necessary for a safe, effective workout.

Living My Life Expo was on site at the 6th Annual Girls' Night Out event in downtown CityPlace to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Hundreds of supporters came out to dance, drink, win prizes, and enjoy fashion shows at this event.  Hundreds of attendees submitted entries to win free tickets to Living My Life Expo as well as the FREE Exhibitor Booth Package Contest! All winners will be notified via email by Wednesday, December 1st, 2010.

Hospice by the Sea’s 20^th annual signature event, Celebration by the Sea, is now officially SOLD OUT!!!

More than 500 guests will gather at the Delray Beach Club this Saturday for a exciting evening filled with live music, fine cuisine and world renowned wines, courtesy of ABC Fine Wines and Spirits.

Hospice by the Sea's signature event, "Celebration by the Sea," will be on Oct. 23, from 6 to 10 p.m., at the Delray Beach Club. The evening will be filled with gourmet food, fine wines, live music from two bands and an auction.  All proceeds benefit Hospice by the Sea's programs and services to provide hospice services, home health care, palliative care services, complementary therapies and caregiver support to patients and families in Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Give Soccer Gear, Give Time, or Give Support, but just Give.

What do you do with your used soccer uniforms, cleats, shin guards, balls, and equipment?  Perhaps it's collecting dust in your garage or in the back of your closet. Why not donate your used soccer gear to needy kids in other parts of the world who have NEVER owned a pair of cleats?

If you want to be part of an organization that is devoted to giving back all of the love, joy, and team spirit that the sport of soccer gave you, then get involved with The Give N Go Project.

Founder Amber Tollefson, a Boca Raton native and former Florida State Soccer Alumni, decided to do just that a few years back.  When all she had were a few bags of used donated soccer equipment from friends, a credit card, and a love for soccer she decided she would keep the love for the sport alive in the hearts of needy children around the world who have close to nothing.

Playing on dirt or cement fields, with no shoes, no uniforms, and flat soccer balls these kids welcome Amber and The Give N Go Project with open arms and gracious smiles when they are given the used soccer gear you might otherwise throw out.  The children are taught new skills on the field, run clinics, and play for the love of the sport until the sun goes down.  Give N Go's most recent trip to the Bahamas, Oct. 15-17th, 2010, marks one of many countries touched by the love and dedication of this organization.
